Has anyone been able to switch to the 20GB/35$ plan today. I only see the 50GB/50$ plan and online chat agent says it was a BF deal that expired.
Virgin Mobile
Black Friday
YMMV Existing customer Virgin Mobile 50GB for 45$/ 50GB for 50$ / 20GB for 35$ (no credit, permanent offer)

I have the same in my account but I’m seeing that others are getting $45 for 50gb and $35 for 20gb. I called and messaged via live chat and was told that this was not an offer available for me in my account and also told it was for existing customers. I kept pointing out that I had screenshots where it was clear that it was a loyalty offer.
If anyone can give any advice it would be greatly appreciated

Wouldn’t mind that deal if I could just get the $45 for 50 gb without the phone. Don’t need a new phone. But I assume they want you to take one to lock you in for 24 months.mklop wrote: ↑ I have 7 months left on my contract. I chatted/got a call from a specialist.
They ordered to cover 50% of my contract buyout cost ($180 out of $360) and gave me the $45/50gb + $9/Pixel 7 for 24 months.
The new price is slightly cheaper than what I'm currently paying and so I'm happy to pay the 50% buy out price to get a better plan and new phone.

You could get it on Koodo (Telus brand) at Mobile Klinik
[Mobile Klinik] (Updated FAQs) Koodo $30 20GB | $35 25GB| $40 50GB (NOW FOR FULL 24 MONTHS!) + $100 In-Store Credit

Thanks. Issue is I still have 9 months left on virgin with $500 buyout. Doesn’t really pay to switch unless virgin can split buy out cost. I’ll end up eating until it’s paid off. Will shop around then for a byod plan.Dhanushan wrote: ↑ You could get it on Koodo (Telus brand) at Mobile Klinik

Don't think they would forgive the buyout cost.
I contacted Virgin to switch to this plan $45/50GB from $45/30GB which I got doing a hardware upgrade Friday. They said I would have to return the phone and switch to it doing the upgrade again.
I had an issue where Best Buy could not process the return, and Virgin could not get the block removed. Best Buy store said they would escalate with their Bell rep to help me switch plans.
I got loyalty $55/30GB plan before $10/mo., was actually supposed to be 20GB, but Best Buy rep chose the 30GB plan when doing the upgrade.

Got the plan at Best Buy today and was able to combine with the Pixel 6a deal they have ($0 down + $1/month for 24 months). With the phone they included a total of $350 in gift cards + I opted in for their protection plan (3 months commitment, ~$15/month) & got an additional $100 gc, total of $450 in gift cards. Thanks OP!

I was unable to get anything resembling a $30-$40 deal at Virgin [1 year customer with 2 lines]... tried in App, online, customer service, and the loyalty/retention team - no dice. Am in BC.

Wow, thanks for posting this.
I just dropped $21 off my wife's plan without needing to speak with anyone.

I was offered $50 for 50GB as the only loyalty plan. Right now I'm paying $45 for 20GB with expiring credits, so I'm not sure it makes sense to switch and pay slightly more when I don't need 50GB of data.

On Saturday in the app I had the $50/50Gb loyalty offer and today I see a new offer for $35/20Gb. I can’t select the new offer without cancelling the pending changes for the $50/50Gb but I don’t need that much data and would rather save the dollars every month.

got my new agreement and it shows $35 permanent, no discounts or anything, seems to be forevervisionqueen wrote: ↑ My updated account says $50/20GB, without credits. Hopefully, when the next bill comes out, it will be $35/20GB/month. I will do the same and report back when my next bill arrives.

A week ago I was paying $55/10GB with a $5 loyalty credit each month. Thanks to this site I discovered the Exclusive Offers tab on my virgin account. I took the $40/10GB offer which became active today. I logged in just now to check my account and found a new loyalty offer. $35/20GB! So I switched to that one. Thanks!

I don't got this plan, unfortunately. Joined from a winback 3-4 months ago.
