It's looks like a slide out drawer with a speech bubble. I was confused at where to go first until I saw it when I was scrolling.

Meh, I just called in. Initial agent wasn't able to do it, but then transferred me to a client specialist who was to do so relatively quickly. ~20 minute phone call to change both my lines.
Thanks OP!

Called in and said a friend got the $56 plan and they verified my plan was eligible too. I asked then to put me on the $66 plan w 12gb instead which she happily did. From picking up the phone to closing it was 6 mins total. Dialled *611 and had 0 wait time. Called around 2.30 PM

Just switched from $65/10GB plan to $56/10GB +2GB bonus plan myself through the chat. Let's see how long this one will last before they raise the prices.

Seems like the competition is heating up! Glad $56 BYOD can get you 10GB now.

I was with virgin for the last 8 years. I live in Toronto and the speeds are fast, much better than Rogers. If you want the fastest then Telus is the best. I’m getting more bars with Telus vs virgin. Speeds are about 15%-20% faster. Telus has a promo plan 10gb for $75.
Most problems in life can be blamed on Rogers

I called Telus yesterday. They said $75 15gb plan was gone, and now replaced by the $75 10gb so called unlimited plan, after 10gb, speed will be throttled to 512Kbps

Tried to get Koodo to match this, or come even close.
Guy on the chat offered to give me a $75 plan with 10Gb but only if I take a large tab.. No thanks.
Anybody else have luck getting something from Koodo?

I called in BC and after a bit of back and forth the rep was able to give me 8gb/$55 which is good enough for me. It I see them open up the 10gb/$56 to BC I will call back and try to get it switched.

I was just denied the $56 plan. I started with chat and said my friend got the plan. They came back saying I'm not eligible. I asked why not and they said that I should talk to their specialist on the phone. They called my phone and I spoke to them and they said $56 was for new activations. I played the whole "I've been a customer for 9 years" but they didn't budge. I don't know what truth there is to all they're saying so I plan to call back.
