[VirginMobile.ca] Wireless Home Phone $10/mo 2 Years BC AB QC Virgin Mobile

First of these I've seen offered in BC. Must be because Bell/Virgin don't have phone lines out here.

I was surprised at this too as I was saddened I couldn't get on the Fido deal as a tablet data plan user.. so I looked them all up and saw this pretty equivalent plan.

Was told by rep also that if I power off the base and then move it, and power it back up (has 24 hour battery backup too) it can still work.

If just won't work while moving between towers.

Im with Voip.ms and my monthly nunber is $0.85 month . Not sure anyone would pay a flat rate of $10 /month. Minute local rates are $0.0025. ( 1/2 of a 1/2 cent).

Im sure there are other services that provide similar pricing. What happen to the RFD way of saving money.

Yeah I'm with you partsguy100 so my intent on saving was getting my grandfolks off of landline at $20-30/mo and who don't want to use the Internet even though I could get them in the $15/mo + free tablet... as well I see a lot of posts on the Fido $9/mo home phone so...
