Got transferred to loyalty and no one had any idea what I was referring to. They could only offer me $75 for 15 GB.

I am currently on a $65 plan with 10gb and don;'t even use all of it. Can anyone provide some more info? What province?
I'm in Ontario. And got this promotion on Friday.
I got 2 new lines on this promo. Seems I finally got lucky.

I was denied in chat as well. You gotta call in...you'll have a better chance at least.

I’m in Ontario with one line. Got the deal through loyalty. They had to get managers approval.

Called in to loyalty, they said there is no such promotion. I'm in Ontario.
They have a $55 4 gb with 500 minutes, but I'm on $57 6gb with unlimited calls etc.

Anyone have the name of this plan?
BYOP-Whatever?
Wanna give a call but not without the name of the plan to explicitly ask for it by name

I tried on chat but the 6gb plan is not available for me. I'm in Quebec. They told me I'm eligible for some loyalty plans offering me to be called by the loyalty department.
I could't stay on the phone. Maybe I'll try later and let you know.

Got it in NL. Did not need to escalate or have the plan's name. I've been on a Silver BYOP plan for forever (no prepaid, Lucky, etc.) Nice when something finally goes smoothly!

Just talked to the rep. Took 2min to change to 6gb - 40$ (was paying 50$ for 6gb before). I am in ON. Can't possibly understand why they don't just make it available online for everyone.

Did you talk to a regular CSR or loyalty? I spoke to both yesterday and they both told me that no such plan exists.

Success in Alberta! I was on BYOP $55 for 4GB.

I started a chat this morning with an agent who found the plan, but told me I'd have to call customer service and request loyalty department. I did so. The loyalty department claimed there was no such plan offered by Virgin.

I went back into online chat and the agent was able to quickly find it and add it to my plan. I didn't have to call loyalty.

The name of the plan is:
BYOP 40 - 6GB - unlimited call and text for $40

It seems persistence is the key here!
