How does this compare to the costco 65" tlc 4 series?

Both are out of mstock in my area but boxing day is just around the corner.

"Local Dimming" is the feature that you want to look for, otherwise it's a low end TV. TCL 6 Series 2018 has it. This doesn't seem to.
