For headphones version of bluetooth has a little impact on their quality because download/ upload speed has no applicability, These Pioneer headphones support aptX codec which delivers quality audio and in general I noticed this feature is only found in high quality bluetooth devices.

I've done quite a bit of research on BT headphone tech and can tell you that BT 5.0 and 3.0 are very different in terms of features and capability... both in terms of quality and distance, as well as chipset... qualcomm vs realtek etc... Just letting people know ahead of time that probably the Sony WH 900N are probably a much better deal for $40 more...

No, they are $119.99 on sale at Costco or Openbox,ca - yes it's 50% more but the quality is worth the price in some cases...
it's sometimes a fallacy to believe that spending less is a better deal... if that is the case, I could probably find you some other OTH BT headphones for $40 on primecables, ebay, aliexpress or amazon

I was about the pull the trigger on these a while back. But didn't seem the reviews were too nice. I am sticking with Klipsch. Best pair yet imo. I also tried the more $$$ Sony's and Boss. Didn't seem to find much of a difference. These Pioneers are good for $80. But they are not $229 reg price. That's B's.

rting.com Mixcder E9 are well reviewed for an under $100 bluetooth headphone, I'll likely go with that. BTW, seems that all the OPs posts are promoting Visions, hence shilling.
