So, the product page and model for this monitor are a bit weird.
The product page title states that this monitor has 100Hz refresh and 1ms response, but the description states that it only has 75Hz and 5ms. Looking up the model number (22CV1Q), we can see that there are three different versions of this model, 22CV1Q-H3, 22CV1Q-H and just 22CV1Q. See links below:

It's probably not the H3 since that has a totally different design that the one in the VE product page.
The 22CV1Q-H has 100Hz, and 1ms. The 22CV1Q does not. The product page has conflicting information, and while part of me wishes it was more clear, its an opportunity to possibly snag some discounts from VE customer service for false advertising. For an already dirt cheap monitor, if it ships and ends up being the 22CV1Q non-H you could be looking at a partial refund.
I hope it ships and it's the H, although I have a feeling it will be just the regular. Even so, for $76 I'd still say its absolutely worth it as a 2nd or even 3rd monitor, or a monitor for a relative/grandparent.
