[Visions Electronics] Hisense 50" H7 Series 4K Smart TV (50H7709) - $398

I can't believe this price for a 50" 4K tv. Visions is selling a Hisense 4K tv for not even $400!! Looks like the sale ends on the 15th of this month.

I checked out the Hisense website for product info. This TV is pretty decent, what are your thoughts for the H7709?

Here's the link to the product page on Hisense: https://www.hisense-canada.com/en/telev ... rt-tv-2019

OP add the product and price to the title otherwise it looks like click bait just saying "Too good to be true?"

Give OP a break. They were in a coma since 2009 and just woke up.

What if I tell you that TCL has drop 50" to $378 ($22 off) and 55" to $448 ($52 off) right now?

TCL and HiSense are flooding the market with pretty good and REALLY cheap TVs for a long time now and it's getting so aggressive that Samsung actually degraded their 2018's NU7 series to 2019's RU7 series to try to catch them on price.

This is why Chinese is muscling the Korean out of the market. Spend little to nothing on R&D and just "borrow" tech than release products that are cheaper to kill the incumbent.

I got this for $298 three months ago from visions, brand was Pro-Scan though. These are not 4K tv's, just upscaled and you cant get true 120hz in these as well. I got for my Garage so it was not bad.
