You would get sick of the 4gb ram quickly on windows and chrome browsing. If you just need the basics like web browsing and typing get something cheaper or an iPad with Logitech type cover

That's the model I have and it works fine. Yes you can't have too many Chrome tabs open but as opposed to what everyone is saying here, it has been fine for me for the last 12+ months.

But this isn't my primary device either. That's an important point.

This price point is too high. It would be just barely luke warm if it came with a type cover.

5th gen processor with 4GB ram is no bueno.

I actually have a desktop PC with the exact same specs for work and it's okay for basic tasks like internet and word, but if I have 10+ tabs open, you can really feel the machine work. Things become laggy.

If you're not a tab kind of person, the performance would be good, but at this price point, it's a pass for sure. The type cover will be another $100+ tax.
