[Visions Electronics] MSI GF65 Thin 15.6" 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD / GeForce RTX2060 / Windows 10 Gaming Laptop $1249

Hey Guys,

It's time to think back to school.

Here's a non-super pricey gaming laptop.

It's not an RTX 3000 series but can still run current gen games. Especially if your kids are into fortnite, roblox, or minecraft (is that still a thing?) or Apex legends or Star Craft, etc.

Again Visions does offer price beat "Before you buy, if you see a lower legitimate price from any authorized Canadian retailer or dealer for any model we stock, either online, in-store, or in print, we will beat that price by 15% of the difference."
Cheers

It's not worth purchasing a 2060 laptop for that price in 2021.

You're better off purchasing the 3060 model with slightly weaker CPU. Note that although one is named i5 and the other i7, both have 6 cores/12 threads and are nearly identical.

It also has less RAM, but it's something easy to upgrade yourself later.

The different in performance between 2060 and 3060 is very significant.

I'm not necessarily recommending this 3060 laptop, but I'm definitely against the 2060.

With so many Dell/Lenovo deals involving similar pricing and a 30XX. I don't think a 2060 is worth more than 1k.

This. $100 more for the dell gets you ryzen 5800h and a max watt rtx 3060 which will make the laptop last years longer
