Anybody has the experience of installing similar units?
Briefly checked some installation videos (example) and looks like you need to purchase another $150-200 verse of stuff.
Wondering how much the install in a shop would cost.

You always buy a wiring harness and usually have to buy a trim piece if you already have double din type setup. Newer cars are formed/molded to be sleek and this requires for the whole dash piece to be replaced which is why the price can get pretty high. Just look at how a car stereo looked in the 1990s and early 2000s are, pretty similar amongst one another.
