I missed the LG B2 55” from Costco which was around $1200 last month.

I don’t see any good OLEDs below $1000 mark this boxing day.

This Boxing Day has been horrible for TV deals. I wonder when I’ll be able to get a good deal on the A80K…

Tbh I immediately thought you must be wrong there's no way you can buy an OLED in 2022 without HDMI 2.1.

But no, Sony is really willing to go this far to save a few $. Unreal

its not a 2022 model that's why launched in 2020 this model has already been replaced by the Sony A90K but still Sony OLEDS look amazing

That's true but I could also buy a LG B9 from 2019 and get 4x HDMI 2.1 with arguably the same picture quality

That's true. I am looking for A80k 65" for less than 2k. Every where is 2300$. No rush, we will get it soon.

Look at the price point and not everyone needs HDMI 2.1 . Entry level OLED like the LG A2 and Skyworth OLED don't have 2.1. How many people plan to get hdmi 2.1 devices right now? Maybe they want to save a few hundred for a good bedroom tv or upgrade later.

I'm ok with my LG A1 until I get a PS5. Then I will move it to the bedroom and buy an OLED or QD-OLED when prices drop or get the next best thing.
