VMedia and Reliability

Hey folks,

With my Bell credits ending and my prices about to double if I go to Rogers, I’m looking at getting VMedia. I remember when they entered the market a few years ago, RFD members were reporting pretty bad service and unreliable down times for internet/tv. Is this still the case?
