VOIP app with CID
I was trying to use Fongo but they cannot pass through call id on any calls I tried. Are there any other mobile app solutions that are more reliable on passing call id on voip calls ?

I use a variety of Betamax/FinArea clones and my caller ID has always displayed at the destination. The service also allows you to set multiple caller IDs (you'll have to verify each number, though).

Do you mean you want your name to be shown during calls? For fongo, you have to pay their service to get rid of the bottom ad bar. This will then have an extra setting all you can type your name or any other rather than just the phone number.
