VOIP that provides toll free number with call forward - Need advice

We currently have a US toll free number with call forward to canadian cell phone with tollfreeforwarding.com. I don't like there user interface, its so outdated. Recently we decided to drop it (not done yet)

I have been reading online that many voip providers providing toll free number option with phone app or desktop app, voice mail, greetings with IVR and extension feature. Nice interface, easy to use and setup.

Is there any voip service that you know or recommend? Currently we are paying approx 29USD/month

No such thing as a free forward.

If you are going to go with voip.ms then you are just gonna pay the incoming cost for when people call you, then the outgoing cost to the forward number

So depending on your volume of calls, your $29/month just covers that.

Mind you, toll free are more expensive than regular calls.

But honestly.. most people have free long distance these days. You could probably drop the toll free.

You need to be a little tech-savvy to use voip.ms.
Its seems too much work to get these features. Was looking for easy setup and solution.

What's the difference between voip.ms and these companies? Any experience?
