VW offloads Bugatti, Hyundai snags a piece of the ownership

Yesterday VW went from 100% direct ownership of Bugatti to 18% through Porsche. VW lost controling stake but now have some access to Rimac's technology.

Hyundai being at the right place were gifted with a piece of Bugatti.

VW (owns 31% of Porsche) : [0.45 + (0.55 x 0.24)] x 0.31 x 100% = 18%

Hyundai : (0.55 x 0.12) x 100% = 6.6%

Jokes asike I wonder if VW still has some influence in the new Rimac/Bugatti when when it comes to board voting rights. Both groups have worked together in the past.
