Wall AC installation

Does anyone know any installers who do these? I'm in an old condo with 2 old through the wall units I would like to replace (in TO). Tried googling/kijiji but I only see mini spits and HVAC installations.

I would usually search for a carpenter to install a through the wall AC instead of a HVAC company.

Well, the holes already exist... It's just really old, and also brick so probably not a carpenter.
