It doesn't work in Edmonton my account showed e-vouchers $20 off but it doesn't apply when check out

After adding these to my account, I am unable to purchase anything from Walmart anymore... Even when I have not selected the vouchers for the purchase...

I keep getting "We're sorry, there was a problem processing your order. Please check your payment method and billing address and try again. [error code:1969]"

Created a new account with same info (credit, mailing etc) but different email, I was then able to purchase some stuffs (no vouchers)...

Spoke and confirmed with live chat that it's $20 off $100 instead, and it is only valid at the Vancouver location. I tried the Richmond, BC, location and it did not work either.

Just ordered 5 boxes of coffee (Keurig Eight o'Clock) at $15 per box. The $20 off evoucher worked for this $75 order. Before the eVoucher was applied, the total with delivery fee, taxes and bin deposit was $97.37.

Applied promo code to my account 3 times, worked fine.
Fill cart to $100, find location for pick up.
In Vancouver, Burnaby, Metrotown is now a location.
selected promo from drop down menu, and it was applied to total.

It was a surprise for me that it worked.

I'm getting a "Coupon Not Found" after trying to input VAN60 into the page.
Anyone else getting this issue as well?

Edit: nevermind, I redeemed it 3 times, and I can see the available vouchers showing up in checkout.
