Why are you guys jumping all over OP...he posted less than 2 hours ago, probably back at Wal Mart in Lindsay right now buying another tv. At least wait 24 hours to call BS, see if he doesn't post proof.

There is no Walmart in Lindsay. They've been trying to get one in there for MANY years but to no avail, so far. Rumour has it that it's been approved but that's been said for years now.

Anyhow, if he's in Lindsay, perhaps he went to either Port Perry or Uxbridge, or maybe Peterborough. NOT Lindsay.

Ali proudly stood up…
Seems like the mods have all rushed off to WM.

We'll soon know if it's a hoax or not.

Maybe it DID ring up at $599.99, but OP was wearing clearance glasses and didn't notice because it was a large bill.

I think you meant..."show receipt" not "no receipt" :)

No proof
lol this sounds more plausible.

this OP was in my ignore list. Long time ago, I posted that I got free K-cups (from k-cup fiasco last year) - even posted the pic and the box. (when everyone's orders were cancelled, I managed to get 1 box for free).

called me out saying i'm trying to troll people lmao. posted pics and everything - says it's forged, or something i've bought in past. one of few in my ignore list.

now OP, what the hell are you doing here posting a thread with no info

Nothing would surprise me with cashiers NOT checking prices. Back in the 90's ago Crappy Tire had Estwing framing hammers on sale for $5 off. The hammers normally sold (at the time) for $30. When I got to the cash to check out, the hammer scanned at $5 instead of $5 off.
Cashier didn't even notice.

Yeah...but you can find a Hammer for $5 and you can find a Hammer for $30...depending on the brand...so missing that is not a problem because it's a small difference of money.

But there are NO Samsung 55" TVs for $59....like ever...even if deeply discounted! The amount gap is too large for it not to be noticed.
