Walmart Acer Laptop incorrectly advertised

in the current Acer Aspire 15.6 Laptop deal;
http://www.redflagdeals.com/deal/comput ... laptop-15/

the small print indicates "DUAL CORE INTEL"
on the Walmart Flyer on page 23 of the Feb 9-15 flyer
http://www.walmart.ca/flyer?cmpid=sem_s ... aQodl_ILgA

The actual deal is an ACER with CELERON processor which is *not* dual core.
All the other specs are OK
and the price is nominal when that CELERON INTEL processor is taken into account.
The stock levels quoted in a phone call were actually incorrect as well, but I grabbed the last
Laptop in any case , on behalf of a Senior because the expected processing tasks for home use
are simpler , and suited to CELERON use.

I will be complaining to Walmart about the advertising error as it misleads the consumer on specification.

The DAUL CORE nomenclature is to the upper left of the ACERs image in the advertisement.

THE SKU was 30580086 and the final price after HStax and disposal tax was just under $395

You do realize that Celeron is still an Intel CPU right?

Celeron is dual-core. It's been dual-core since 2013, with some exceptions of rare BGA embedded Celerons.

Whether a dual-core Celeron has good performance is another matter.

Thank you Spinner, I stand corrected.
I probably mixed CORE DUO with Dual Core, but I had to look up that Nahelam N Celerons are in fact dual core.
