Walmart Ad-match Online

u can call and they can do it over the phone. not sure how easy that is atm wasn't to bad before all this stuff going on but might not be do able now. once u place an order after 30 mins goes by u can't cancel it even if the item is a pre order that wont come out for months. if they refuse to match ur only option would be to keep it at full price or return it again alot harder with what is going on. its really not worth the hassle though walmarts online price match people like to make up all kinds of stupid excesses. then the store ur matching with there flyer only shows the sale price not the regular price and what its on sale for to so the use that as an excuses not to match there is a ton of them they come up with.

I submitted an ad-match for an online order
and was approved within a day or 2.
The email they sent me stated it would be
processed 3-4 days after the item shipped.
Its been a few weeks, and there was no credit or price adjustment made.
Although I have not called yet-the experience tells me its not a certain thing or easy thing to do, so YMMV.

best to call, it was a 2 hour wait on phone but i see the adjustment to my credit card already after 2 days.

How long ago was it when you did the price match online.

Did you recently call the 1 800 number. I hear things are slow at the moment with everything going on.

Ok, thanks. I assume that you did the price match over the phone and you gave them the competing website to do the price match. After you got off the phone did you get a email saying that the PM was approved, like a reference#.

End end march. I got the item like 2 days later.

yes did price match over the phone and talked the customer service rep through the competing website. they told me i was going to receive an email saying it was approved but i never got anything, just noticed on my credit card statement there was an adjustment. might help to ask for a reference number if you go the phone route
