Not latest and greatest series 6, but a lot less expensive. A bit faster, bit larger display and has ECG sensor compared to the less expensive S3.

I would go Series 4. It's the same guts, but you get the always on display, ECG and blood oxygen monitor. It's great for hypochondriac spouse.

Series 4 is basically the same as the SE, except it has ECG which SE does not.

SE has the S5 chip, which is identical to the S4 chip in the series 4 other than an additional ic driver for the always on display of the series 5, which the SE does not have. So performance is identical between the two.

Just get the cheaper of the two unless you really want ecg, they are otherwise identical functionally and in performance

There is no always on display on the series 4, and there is no blood oxygen monitor on the series 4.

I have owned the Series 5 for about a year.. Used the ECG a handful of times, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I do like the always on display. Feels more like a watch than my series 0, which I couldn't just glance over at to tell the time or what is showing on the watch face without lifting my wrist.

the ECG only comes in handy when you actually need to use it. i think it's better than the SE to have it

Go with the 4 cellular over the SE. I personally have the Series 5. The always on display is amazing.. makes it feel like an actual watch. I would hate to have to raise my arm. Losing ECG? unless your a senior or morbidly obese and unhealthly.. there is literally 0 reason for it. People are eating this shit up that Apple is selling them. Blood Oxygen in the series 6? lmao.. you will know if your actual blood oxygen gets low. biggest scam in tech. No real doctor takes the apple watchs ECG serious. This is coming from somebody who works in a hospital.

Get the awesome cellular features over some crap health features that don't even work properly on the SE!
