[Walmart] Apple Watch Series 4 GPS+Cellular 40/44 mm, $418/$448

Just noticed this price drop.
I don't follow Apple Watch prices, but this seems to be a decent deal? Almost 40% off. Not as good as last year Rogers deal, but still.
Tried to check prices at other retailers and it seems no one else is offering this discount. High regular prices are because those are with cellular support. You can probably find a better deal for a watch without cellular.

Apple Watch Nike+ Series 4, GPS + Cellular, 40mm, Space Grey Aluminium Case with Black Nike Sport Loop, $418 (was. $689)
Apple Watch Nike+ Series 4, GPS + Cellular, 44mm Silver Aluminium Case with Pure Platinum/Black Nike Sport Band, $448 (was. $729)
Apple Watch Series 4, GPS + Cellular, 40mm Silver Aluminium Case with Seashell Sport Loop, $418 (was. $689)
Apple Watch Series 4, 44mm, GPS + Cellular, Silver Aluminium Case with Seashell Sport Loop, $448 (was. $729)

Edit: This sale is now advertised in the flyer:

Can try price-matching staples and use $30 off coupon 73149 (expires March 10) (coupon expired)
Same 44mm watch, but for $690:
Apple Watch Series 4, 44mm, GPS + Cellular, Silver Aluminium Case with Seashell Sport Loop, $418 after PM and coupon
Or 40mm Nike for $650:
Apple Watch Nike+ Series 4, GPS + Cellular, 40mm, Space Grey Aluminium Case with Black Nike Sport Loop, $388 after PM and coupon

Haha! Was just about to post this.

Picked up a watch for both my wife and I. Not as cheap as the Rogers deal back in December, but still a great price and much easier than having to go from store to store.

Should I wait if I don’t need cellular? (I’m with Freedom lol) and I have a Series 2 watch.

Is there a big difference between Series 4 or Series 5?

I woiuld wait at this point.....5 was a nothing change, so the 6 may show some more beefy improvements. Cellular is really not necessary unless you really feel like ditching the phone occasionally
RFD is not just about saving money, it's about the thrill of the hunt and getting the stuff I want without paying full price like Joe Shmoe did.
This applies to everyday items as well as high end items that I don't really need.

Not a huge difference, but if the price difference is small, I'd spring for the 5 over the 4. I, for one, am glad I did for the always on display. But I agree with @warpdrive that waiting for the 6 this year will be worth the wait if there are more improvements, and previous models pricing will come down too.

I have a 5 too and the 5 display is a game changer....I actually avoided buying it until the 5 came out. My wife has the 4. But if I was buying now, I'd wait it out to the 6

One thing I wonder about is if they'll ever change the shape of the case...it's looked exactly the same since the beginning.

The price difference is several hundred dollars.
