I got the 400w variant of the MultiQuick 7 for $40 or $45 at Walmart a while ago IDK if still on sale but I’d imagine also YMMV

They had a nice Cuisinart (?) hand blender with a few more accessories on sale at Costco during Black Friday week for $39.99 or something close. Excellent deal. Maybe they will have it again during Boxing Week.

In my experience the Kitchenaid is heavy and has poor ergonomics, specifically the safety switch means you have to keep a finger on the safety switch to operate which is awkward.775681 wrote: ↑ Is it better than Kitchen Aid? It is the same price.

With the Braun you only have to tap the top safety switch and then you can operate the blender until you release.

America's Test Kitchen picked this model, it's one of the lightest ones, the Braun MQ523 Baby is even lighter.
