Oh yeah man, it's been a game changer for me. Head to https://www.redflagdeals.com/alerts/ and start adding keywords. I would recommend setting the 'Search In' column to 'Title Only', otherwise if someone posts in the word dumbbell in a completely unrelated thread you won't get notified. Also set 'Search Content' to 'Deals/Freebies Forums' as you wouldn't want a discussion forum triggering an email. Generally you'll get an email when a keyword match is hit within 30 mins of the thread going up.
