To my recollection you no longer get an actual shock when you hit the metal. Can anyone confirm? This is only worth it if it comes with torture.

Be wary of Amazon's version. I bought this same one from Amazon and mine doesn't include money or cards, in fact, none of it matches the picture's descriptions but matches the text description.
Includes gameboard, tweezers, 13 plastic ailments (including rubber band), and instructions.

I think that was the 9v version, this newer one is only 2xAA.
But the noise on the old one still made me jump.
