This seems misleading. The product description says "This incredible carafe-free coffeemaker uses unique Coffee on Demand™ technology to brew cup by cup, ensuring fresh hot coffee is always on hand." But it doesn't actually brew by the cup - it brews and holds in a reservoir, then you dispense by the cup. So same idea as a coffee maker with a thermal carafe. Unless I'm reading that incorrectly.

Basically a smaller fancy coffee urn I guess???

Just bought this from Costco at a higher price. It keeps coffee lukewarm at best unfortunately.

I've always found coffee brewers that brew into a thermal carafe are best. Key to hot coffee with these - heat the carafe first.

I’ve owned this for about a year, reg price from Costco.

I like not having a carafe to clean every time because I usually drink coffee alone…although you still have to clean the internal reservoir periodically.

I don’t have a problem with the temperature..but I’ve never understood trying to drink scalding hot coffee.

Great price, I’d pull the trigger if I didn’t already have one, or still had a cottage to use it at….maybe wedding gift?
