[Walmart] Echelon Connect Sport - $899 Clearance

YMMV but I'm at Walmart in Pickering and they have 3 Echelon Connect Sport S on the floor that day $899 on clearance, from $1299

Maybe store wide?

this one was on sale for 699 prior, online
My phone plan is $400 a month for 500 MB of data.
My internet plan is $199.99 for capped internet and slow speeds.
My credit cards are the ones with annual fees but terrible rewards.
Did I RFD correctly?

sigh...there's a connect sport with a screen, which is regular price $1,299, on sale a few weeks / months back for $699.

the regular non screen connect sport is $599

I don't know if the RFD's effect got anything to do with it, but they were around 200+ bike at Regular price $599 Echelon Bike on Walmart online a couple days ago, now they are sold out online .

It looks like it was the same model that was in fact, on sale for $699.99 back in Dec.

Can the echelon with screen use other apps or just the echelon program? Is it better to get one with your own tablet?

Which models do the auto resistance? And does auto resistance only work with echelon app?

No auto resistance with the Sport models or EX-15 (may have that number wrong). EX-3 and up have auto resistance. I believe you can hack the screens on any of the Echelon bikes but I haven't looked into it deeply. If you turn off the screen you can definitely use QZ and connect to Peloton/Zwift/etc. So in short, on any of the Echelon bikes you're probably just as good to get the version with no screen and use your own tablet to do Echelon or any other app you want.

You don't need the kickstarter. Just look up the Smart Spin 2K.

Its already integrated well with QZ and there are people on the SS2K site that will build them for you and ship to you - for a price of course.
