Thanks OP! Picked up one in Newmarket. It was high up so I couldn't see if there were any more stock since it was a mess up there.

Buy now think later. Got a kid coming later this year. I'll read the reviews in the coming days and return if it doesn't seem good.

I bought a couple of these and turns out they're not compatible with any stroller system. So just useful for in car. Good idea.for grandparents or relatives who will occasionally transport the baby

I think this seat is "rear adjust". This means to tighten the harness on the child, it needs to be adjusted from the back of the seat instead of pulling a "tail" at the front like most car seats. If it is rear adjust, it is NOT user friendly at all.

Unless you already have another seat that clicks on a stroller (travel system), this would only serve the purpose of going in and out of the house and not used for walks with a stroller. Keep that in mind "new parent" :)

Oh wow Twins! Congratulations on the new babies!
According to stocktrack there are still some left in Erin mills but it's probably just not updated yet...

Oos in Calgary, looks like Edmonton only has limited stock at Westmount and oos everywhere else. Great deal otherwise! Was hoping to grab one or two for grandparent cars

Thanks and super excited. At Erin Mills, I looked around, up top and everywhere in the baby section and nothing there. Unless they have 1 somewhere else in the store.

Thanks OP!

Got one at the Maple Supercenter. They had 2 left in-stock. Good enough for backup/grandparents car for my little one!

Hmm good deal but max weight says 22lbs - I would be cautious for amount of time you can use it? That’s a pretty low max weight compared to other infant car seats.

Worth getting, not expecting a child, but I know a couple who've got one on the way.

The max weight on "rear facing only" seats (AKA infant bucket seats) is generally misleading. The seats have three limits, and when any one of those limits are met, the seat is outgrown. There is a weight limit, there is a height/length limit and an amount of space required above the child's head. For the 30-35 lbs seats, most kids outgrow by the height or space over their head before they reach the weight. Now, kids come in all shapes and sizes, so there will be a few kids where a higher weight limit is helpful.

Congrats! What's the manufacturer date on the one you picked up?

I don’t have a kid, but I am curious. Why does one need to care about its manufacturing date?
