Having a hard time justifying giving money to Fitbit again with the ionic fiasco. Had it replaced twice for suddenly dying within the warranty and then died again just out of warranty.

My fitbit versa 2 died at exactly the 1.5 year mark. Was offered 35% off another.

I know quite a few other people that are in the same boat. One friend gets a new one every year under warranty, they don't last.

Buy something else.

Had a samsung pro for a long time but got this for my birthday so I sold the Samsung, should of kept it. Ordered a new Samsung, supposed to be delivered today.

Currently using my hand me down versa special edition. It rocks and the battery life is 4 entire days!!
I probably didn’t need it but bought it anyway

I've ordered this on Sep7 from walmart not seeing this post. By fluke saw it on walmart.ca website.

Got an email from walmart that order is delayed. Talked to support and they're escalating this now.

Has anyone gotten their versa 3 for this price shipped and wearing it?!

I'm scared they'll cancel the order even though they have them in stock right now for $299.

UPDATE: It's now Sep 20 and third time contacting support. First time was escalated and told to wait 72 hrs. Second time additional 24hrs. This third time I was firm and held conversation going on for 45min without success. Regardless, I'm not cancelling the order. This third time I was told to wait another 48hrs.
