I just picked up the OG treadclimber from kijiji.....FREE

I haven't used it much since I also picked up a like new (plastic still on the computer) nordic track elliptical from kijiji for $50 (man, I love people who buy fitness equipment and dont use it). From what little I've spent on it, it seems like a solid piece of equipment. Got me sweating pretty good.

My gym membership is ending in couple of months, this might be the solution. Will see.
Wish I had room at home I would buy that.

Like even get the Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells instead, but if you really want something that's worth the money (and ultimately the quality), get some Powerblocks. I've seen great deals on Powerblocks on Kijiji, that's where I picked mine up from!
Why can't some people just have a universal?

You can do full body exercises with free weights whereas cable machines are really only good for isolating body parts. Machines have their place in a workout routine but they're really inefficient at getting you stronger overall.

Neither will the adjustable weights that max out at 50lbs. If I want to just exercise and lift weights the universal is just fine.
