Normal price is $99.98 for this kit ($150 value is used for marketing purposes). Still a good deal for $49.99.

Lot of knick knacks that one may or may not use. For me at least: bottle is useless as these things are generally low quality plastic that leaches, those small physiobands can be bought at Dollarama, rope looks OK but not sure it's better than a Dollarama rope (can by one with a bearing at fitness depot or similar for $5-$10), larger elastic bands with handles can be bought at winners (my guess is $10) and same goes for the ab roller, foam roller thing also cheap these days and same goes for ankle weights. The mat looks good and is probably the best item in this bundle. Towel is useless. Overall I'd save my money.
