[Walmart] GOOLOO GP4000 Jump Starter 4000A $175

Good portable battery jump starter. Good for long road trips where you are in the middle of nowhere. Also good if you rent a car can just bring something smaller

under 100w so you can still take it on a plane like if you go to banff

done. this is good. you want a really strong booster for these cold cdn winters. they all overstate their actual output

I have the exact model, works great! Jump started my car a few times when my battery was dying.

Bought it once upon a time for $30.50, from Amazon (a crazy double coupon thing).

No time machine though.

costco one is shit. not strong enough. when it is -20C you rather have someone that is overkill vs something that will leave you stranded

I have the Gooloo 1500 and it's worked great up to now. I've helped a few people with it.

No it's 26800mAh as Wh = V x Ah, but the Wh measurement is more useful to understand its capacity.

Honestly I prefer my NOCO GBX45 for my use case. It has a 60W in/out USB-C port (up to 20V 3A), it is cheaper and built better. Ratings are much more conservative at 1250A and 31Wh, though can top up the battery in minutes so capacity is less of an issue.

Pretty sure it was some sort of price error for the Amazon one, $50 coupon and a $150 promo code.

The price was $230 before the promos (a year ago), so the price came down for the one you've posted. Smiling Face With Open Mouth And Smiling Eyes

I bought GB70 after my Honda odyssey AGM (650 CCA) battery drains quickly while in accessory mode. so far helped me twice. none of the Costco crap didn't help me, so I have moved to my car (Shell jump starter, Boostmi Pro ) , may be ok for small cars. NOCO build quality is very good however in my case negative alligator plastic sleeve got chipped on the corner.
