[Walmart] Hilroy 1 Subject Coil Notebooks, Assorted Colours 10¢ each 90% off

Walmart is having school supplies in store on sale . There are discounts on multiple things. But the best deal for me is the notebooks for just 10¢ each ( original price was $1 ).
I stocked up 2 packs (120 notebooks ) for $12 for future kids' study needs.

120 notebooks? OP are you good, bro? Sometimes it’s good to share nice. I feel like you might have overstepped.

Not really sure what the problem is... we fly through these things at work. If he isn't selling them let him do him...

It may be a bit over the top, but it kinda depends on how many kids he/she has. Say he/she has 3 kids that go to school from grades 6-12. That's about 5-6 notebooks a year each, so I can see them being used as kids have like 5 subjects a year and the notebooks are only 80 pages each.

Anyway, thanks OP for posting the deal! I usually get them from the doller store, but this is a much better deal.

I think what he is getting at is if OP had bought a more “reasonable” amount, say 10 books per kid, it would have left more 10 cent books in store for the next person to also stock up for their kids for the current school year. Now OP has stock for himself for a few years, while someone else who goes to Wal Mart later won’t get any for fall 2020 classes.

The OP did nothing illegal or even unethical, to be clear.

I mean it's a lot of books but I have no idea what he's doing with them and as long as he isn't just reselling them I have no issues. I've had to pay full price for these since we use them at work n that sucks because I know they go down to this price when on sale.

Y'all must have some really neat and tidy kids. Just my 7 year old goes through 5 of these a month. I wait for this $0.10 sale every year.

120 notebooks is nothing. And I don't resell either.

Agreed, I remind them constantly that paper comes from our much needed trees but it's an incessant struggle trying to teach my 7 year old to scribble less. And I'm having even less success with the 2 year old.

No comment on stock up

Imo the 400 page loose leaf for $.97 was a better deal for children. Too bad that one is over.

This is the case as mine :) I guess some people can't understand because they don't have kids or don't care about their study too much.
All of notebooks from this purchase will be used up in 1~2 years probably.

Agree, but just some comments
1, like toilet paper, no matter how much you stocking up, you will always use it just as needed.
2, trees grow, they are relatively pretty renewable. It sounds like not to mow your lawn and save grass for kids. Saving fossil fuel makes more sense.
3, there are people making lives from growing and cutting trees. They are part of our economic growth. One of the biggest trade Canada exporting is wood.
