Just stumbled upon this by accident and I don't think Complete Edition was ever this cheap, correct me if I'm wrong.
There's no Walmart besides where I live so I went to BestBuy across the street and price matched it no problem as it's showing as available and in stock. Walmart also has standard edition for $19.99.
Edit: Regular edition is back to regular price which is $39.96 but complete edition is still $29.96 which makes very little sense.
