[Walmart] Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Noodle $1.49 / 1 bag of 5 packs

Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Noodle on sale for $1.49 per bag. Each bag comes with 5 packs.

I know I know. It's not as good as the $1 per bag back in Jan but .. blah.. blah.. blah.... time machine.
I am guessing most of our Mi Goreng stash is running low by now......... so its a good time to stock up and satisfy your cravings.
Been eyeing this all year and it's the first time on a decent sale since Jan.

Below is from the pervious Mi Goreng thread (Credit: OP-Cloudi).
http://forums.redflagdeals.com/walmart- ... 1-2164540/

Where is the Indomie located in Walmart?
1. The "Asian" aisle or "International" aisle
2. Walmart may have them on a big pallet around the grocery section
➡️ in the main aisle
➡️ in the promo area
➡️ close to the Clothing section
➡️ close to the Bakery section
➡️ close to the Cosmetics section

If you're buying it by the case, have the Indomie packs scanned individually. Otherwise, the price of a case will be $11.xx
(Thanks Seks!)

To see if your local Walmart has it on sale:
1. Click this link: https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/indomie-mi ... 0188764190
2. Click the "Buy In-Store" button to view nearby locations and the price of the Indomie!
(Thanks mchuong for this great tip!)
* Sometimes the website doesn't show current stock, so you might be able to find it in your local Walmart even if the website says there's no stock (Thanks lion1116!)

Ugh. So unhealthy and so good at the same time...
What's the best way to eat these with an added protein? Just toss in some meat after you drain it, and you're good to go?

If health is not a concern for you..... I like to add hot dogs to it. I heat up the dogs in water, chop them to small cylinders, pan dry them till crispy. Add on top of the noodles. Its heaven on earth.

They're totally different. Incomparable
It's an Indonesian type flavor, so more similar to Malay, Singapore, Thai, type flavours.
Also, it's not a soup noodle like all the other jap and Korean Wilkes. This one is a lo mein, where you roll the flavor in.

Either way, it's delicious!

Very tasty noodles, but I'll pass at this time.

I bought 6 of them during their $1 sale back in January. Our son loved it until he read the label. Still have 4 bags in the basement.

Ya I love it but it's so bad for you. I wonder if home made version will taste as good with sweetened soy sauce + sriracha + fried shallot + coconut oil and mix with ramen.

I'm not really seeing what's so notably unhealthy about these, I think they're similar to other instant noodles, you should know what you're getting into. Though these do taste super good
