[Walmart] Instant Pot Duo Crisp plus Air Fryer 8QT - YMMV - $199.97

This is not advertised anywhere and the walmart website says "unavailable". However having seen on stocktrack.ca that multiple stores in the Ottawa area are carrying it for $199.97 I called to confirm and this is indeed the current price. I'll be picking one up shortly. I haven't found this anywhere for less than $249.99, so a pretty good deal.

If you're in the market for one of these I would use stocktrack to check your local stores for availability.

I really would prefer the Ninja Foodi Deluxe XL 8QT, mostly for aesthetics, but can't justify the $100+ premium.

Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Air Frying Grill is currently $189.99 at Costco

I personally bought mine from Costco (online) in May when it was on sale for $149.99, and both my girlfriend and I love it:

The instant pot is a pressure cooker with air frying built in. That's what the original Ninja was. Your ninja is not that at all and not comparable. It's simply an air fryer.

Perhaps it's an Ontario thing? The Gatineau and surrounding areas are also $249.99. Keep posting local prices and we'll see where the deals are.

The Ninja Foodi Deluxe XL 8-qt seems to have went down to $299.97 in certain markets (YMMV) {Just need another $80-100 off)

Both the Ninja and Instant Pot has evolved a lot since the original models. The newest Ninja Foodi Grills are much more than just an air fryer. The Ninja 5-in-1 indoor grill has the following options: grill, air fry, bake, roast and dehydrate.

If you want to do a proper comparison, compare the latest Ninja VS the latest Instant Pot.

Disagree, that’s like comparing apples to oranges.

The Ninja Foodi deluxe is an appliance that has 2 lids with functions including pressure cooking and air frying. https://m.ninjakitchen.com/support/prod ... air-fryer/

The instapot OP was talking about also have two lids that include pressure cooking and air frying.

The Foodi Grill, unfortunately, won’t be successful making stews.

Dude, what are you talking about? Is your grill like the picture in your comparison page?

The FOODI GRILL that you were talking about getting for 149 is NOT the same as the FOODI DELUXE.

It’s ok, I’m done. Please go back and understand the products.

Does this one also do rice? Doesn't seem to have the preset rice button.

This is on clearance at the Agincourt (Toronto) Walmart for $175.
As of yesterday, there was a skid left at the back of the store in the clearance area.

I have this instapot and it sucks at air drying.

The Breville bov900 and the Phillips XXl are producing much better crisps, though the instapot is easier to clean. .
This version of instapot is missing many many options compared to getting the Duo Plus, or the Creative version which come down to the same price when on sales mentioned in RFD.

This is only good for air drying which it doesn't do as well as the competition, though the competition is priced atleast $200-$300 more, hence why this is still a good deal if you want a decent air fryer. .

I've watched some reviews on this style of air fryer add on. Seems like it doesn't work as well as a regular stand alone unit. I got the instant vortex plus on black Friday for $100 and it it's amazing. I tried two other styles before this one and I'm really happy with the vortex. Especially the capacity.
