[Walmart] Lg 29" Ultrawide Fhd Ips Led Monitor 29Wk500-P - 229$

I was looking for a wide monitor, this seems like a good deal
It has pretty good reviews on YouTube. I need it for work not gaming so I figured this might work just as well as 2 x 24” monitors.

I have this. I picked it up a year or two ago for about $200.

These can be set at 75hz and have about 5ms of input lag.
Works fine for games too.

Resolution is 2560 x 1080, and basically allows you to comfortably put two things side by side on the screen for productivity.

Fyi- Fhd with 2560 horizontal res.
I have 3 of this and I'd say they are solid buy considering the price.

Thanks!
Looks like things are a bit more expensive this year. 229$ seems like a good price for 2020. :)

I have 3 of the 25inch models (discontinued afaik) and productivity usage is amazing. Easily able to split screen each. 29 inch would definitely be better though

They have the 25” as well for 199$. I figured it’s worth the extra 30$ for the jump from 25” to 29”

I have this and because it only takes HDMI it limits my connectivity options. Newer GPUs are mainly DP with one HDMI so if you have VR or something else it might leave you stuck or swapping out stuff on demand.

So this would be as big as a 24" height wise?

How does this compare to the Lenovo c32q-20? I have the Lenovo atm but there was a dead pixel. Wondering if it's worth the switch for ultra wide even if its a downgrade from the Lenovo QHD to this LG's FHD
