Dual band mesh is trash.
Spend an extra $50 and get the highly rated 3 unit tp-link deco m9 plus from bhphotos.

I had a Linksys Velop mesh for 12 months. I had to reset it every 2 or 3 weeks, I had 1 of the 3 units changed by linksys as it was not functioning well. Speeds were really inconsistent, not reliable. I changed to Omada (1 router, 1 switch and 1 PoA) and it's way better than the mesh. I don't reset anything anymore and the speed is better.

Deco m9 plus for 130? Yea, there's no link at bhphoto for a 3 pack at that price.

It's $150 on my side of Canada, add $50, that's deco m9 plus for 3 units refurbished on bhphotos.

Also, what good is cheaper if it's an inferior product to begin with.

I have a Deco M9 Plus for the past 3 months. I have not had to reset it at all.

Same goes for every tp-link product like wifi repeater and network switches I own.

280 usd (~360 cad) for 3 pack refurb at bhphoto, and oos.

Didn't say cheaper is better, but if people can get a deco 3 pack anywhere between 150 to 200cad, without a time machine, would be good info to have.

It was $129USD just a week ago.

This promo comes back on once every few months. As a matter of fact, it has come back on for sale twice in the last month, so you don't need a time machine to go back in time. Just wait another month or so.
