Have a few left. Not sure if it is hot as nobody has mentioned it. Apologize if it is not. Merry Xmas. Smiling Face With Open Mouth

I don't know if its hot, this is the dual band ac1200x3 and should be this price at most places

What you really want is the tri-band ac2200 x1 version
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01N2NLRSD

They kinda look the same so its easy to confuse them but aren't really the same

Anyways the good version one is tiny and a beast, you really just need that 1 TBH

Price seems to be right, but if I were you, I'd spend a few bucks more and get Amazon eero or Google Wi-Fi mesh systems. When I tried Velop earlier, it was very flaky, and had to return it.

I have a 3-pack and it works well - easy setup and decent coverage. However, when moving from one area to the next, it doesn't switch to the closer node very easily... takes a while to adjust and switch your device to the closer node. Other than that, it's been pretty good.

Totally agree with getting the tri-band and not the dual band.
I bought a used 3 pack of the dual band from Kijiji and only use one node in my garage to extend my triband 3 node network. The triband goes up to 400-500MBps while dual band goes only to 100MBps.
Also if you don’t use a Ethernet back haul you will probably will become one of those who dislike this product.
Only with a back haul you can get the full potential of the triband. I use this actiontec TiVo US$99 ( Actiontec/TiVo MOCA Adapter for Ethernet Over Coax, 1 Gbps Bonded 2.0 MoCA Adapter (ECB6200) Pack of 2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086Q3LTLM/re ... UTF8&psc=1) from amazon.com to get Ethernet connected to the node upstairs using coax.

If you have a 3 stories house that’s bigger than 3000 sqft, these won’t work well. Get the taller version instead.

Not sure if anyone had any luck yesterday, just checked, the price already went back to $199.98... Would like to get one in at $149.
