UPC is not unique, but clearance price is. It's common with walmart that each store sets its own price and when particular item goes on clearance.

Linksys is yesterday now, Asus AC86U is a much much better product for $55 more when it goes on sale often at bestbuy/staples.
Also, DDWRT on newer routers tend to have many stability bugs, even tomato nowadays are not that stable on newer devices as tomato has not been updated for a long long time now...
