Amazon was selling this for $42.99 just last week. It went out of stock briefly, then was back in stock, and now looks like it's out of stock again.
It's not uncommon for the 4k trilogy to go on sale, and has gone as low as $40 before.

This set is actually a real 4k collection. It's not scaled or a fake 4k.
It was remastered from film negatives and is HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. On Netflix that HD stream is only 1080 and the bitrate is fairly low, under 5k iirc.

Too bad only the first matrix movie was great, the next 2 not so much IMO...

anyone holding out hope for matrix 4 this fall? huge fan but the third one really wasn't good. i give it a 50/50 chance it's going to be a turd...especially without morpheus.
