Never understand how this works. Does store #1115 have 2 or out of stock? Thanks.

It has 2, but gets classified as oos as the 2 might be lost in the store or otherwise unavailable. But if you really want it, it's probably worth going and checking in store.

Midea hot water dispenser has 5 temperature settings. From picture posted they seem to be: Reboil (~100C, I'd guess), 45C, 55C, 85C/185F, Keep Warm (??) -- Maybe the complete list of settings can be found on its printed manual.

Some Zojirushi water dispensers have 4 keep warm temperature settings: 160°F/71.1C, 175°F/79.4C, 195°F/90.5C, 208°F/97.8C. $168 @Walmart

"Water for white and green teas should generally be between 170 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Oolong should be brewed between 180 and 190. And black and herbal teas should be brewed between 208 and 212 degrees."

"Aside of the type of water you use, its temperature will also have an affect of the taste of your instant coffee. Coffee is best when the water is between 190 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. As closed to 205 the better."

Midea 5l at Walmart. Few feedback comments.

Edit:

The 5 Different Stages of Boiling Water and How the Chinese Use Them for Tea:
1. Shrimp Eyes -- 160F
For green teas such as Japanese Senchas and Gyokuros

2. Crab Eyes -- 175F
Well suited for Chinese green teas, green oolongs and white tea

3. Fish Eyes -- ~180F
Good for some heartier green teas and white teas, such as Gunpowder and Bai Mu Dan

4. Rope of Pearls -- 200-205F
Good for darjeelings, black teas and dark oolongs

5. Raging Torrent -- rolling boil (212F at MSL)
This is the temperature that puerh should be steeped with

Good deal if you can land one. A similar 5L Hot water dispenser costs close to $200.

to the non-asians who just don't comprehend these water boiler gadgets, yes its an asian thing, but think of it like why does your fridge have an ice dispenser when you can just make ice in a tray and put in a cup?

Same thing, same psychology, but temperature extremes reversed when it comes to hot water boilers

You don’t need to wait and temp control?

I'd compare this guy to a Thermos that can heat up itself, rather than a ketttle
