Do you mean there is an additional pair of controller in the box, or is it just a red one instead of a blue one?
No it was a limited edition that they only released in Japan. Right now you can get it in NA with this limited bundle only.

Yes, 2 Mario Red controllers instead of x colour.
And this price is the standard price for al switch. No extra $100

I can confirm this deal is available at the Costco off of Steeles Ave. in Brampton.

Has anyone confirmed the model # on any of these bundles? I read an article on Forbes that Nintendo was dumping a batch of switches with known battery issues (older Model # starts with HAC, newer better battery life models start with HAD)

In all, you're paying $50 for all the extras which are worth about $80 for savings of about $30. The Wal-Mart deal, you're getting a case ($20), and $25 eShop credit or about $45 worth of stuff for free. Not to mention the limited red joy-cons. Seems like Wal-Mart's bundle is a better deal.
FYI, the 1 year online subscription is the family deal worth $44.

Red Joy-Cons were released in North America in 2017 if you bought the Super Mario Odyssey Bundle.

This is basically the exact same bundle as that, except you get a new model Switch and eshop credit instead of the Odyssey game,

A family membership of Nintendo online which means you can have up to 4 switches can go online. To me it's pointless unless there are many people out there with 4 switches, it's like they put it in there to increase the "value".

Very hot deal and red joycons are the best joycons. This is a Wal-mart exclusive.

This isn't far off from what I paid for this brand new at Toys R Us, which was near release of the Mario Odyssey, but I don't think it came with a 25 dollar gift card and it obviously wasn't the refresh, so not bad I suppose!

Thanks! Returning the one I ordered from Amazon which is the older version.

This seems way better.

Canada, Eh!!
The costco bundle was online before BF for 460 so 10 more then instore but could use 20 off 100 code.

The sd card plus case plus online while good is not worth it to everyone. Think would price them at 25 + 15 + 45 = 85 but the online is really more like 25 value for most people unless really need the higher price one so 65 value for 50.

Would say wmt deal is free case and credit so 15 + 25 = 40 for free and probably more practical for most families.

Was going for costco deal until saw this... Do like costco return policy of 90 days. How would you all compare that to wmt? Seems wmt has 14 days return for consoles... surprised no holidays extended policy.

Anybody see in store at wmt?

These are the new V2 since red box?

Also on display it says $40 E shop card as well, in a picture I took last month, didn't buy it to verify. I'll upload it here, but when I called Costco they said they don't think it has $40 e shop card even though the sign says it, so anyone make sure to verify first.. It's Costco can always return it if it's not in there. This was October 11. I still saw the same sign last week.
Yeah, saw sign at another costco and no mention of eshop credit.
