[Walmart] Nutella 725g $3.97 (Feb. 25 to March 3)

If you missed the Amazon sale a few weeks ago, 1KG for $5.37, this might be the next best deal at the moment.

Amazon $5.37/1000g = 0.00537
Walmart $3.97/725g = 0.00547

Still says $5.97 for Winnipeg stores. It's this out east only?

I'm just here waiting for the "why would you buy Nutella it's so unhealthy" comments. :)

More relevant is the use of palm oil. They claim it's sourced sustainably but that's pretty difficult to verify. There really no reason for any food to be made with palm oil, manufacturers only use it because destroying rain forests is cheap.

Totally true, and it's cheaper. PC brand is also better. Try the Lindt if you want to splurge. Or try making your own.

That's because it tastes like hazelnuts and chocolate.

The comments are mainly due to the fact that it's been advertised as kids' "breakfast food" forever, when it's just a melted chocolate bar. They would probably get less pushback if they didn't pretend eating it at 7am is normal and healthy.
