[Walmart] Oster Versa 1 High Performance Blender (1400W), $139.96

Looks like a good blender for the price and people are generally happy with it. It might not be on the same level as Vitamix or Blendtec, but they are usually $200-300 more.
Can try to price match BestBuy for an additional $11 off
Another price match option is HD, which lists it at $300 (????), that should give you extra $14 off, so $126 + tax

Amazon matched the price.

Good budget series from Oster...

I bought the Oster Versa Performance blender 1100W kit from Costco in Sept 2015.

That pack came with
- 1100W blender
- 8-cup jar
- 4 cup-jar
- Blend-n-go jar
- Robot attachment

And was sold at the time 124.99$.

The blender is still going strong today and still being used few times every weeks.
I love the Smoothie mode on my model.

Recommend the brand.

This is the 1100W model that I currently being using for the last 3-4 years

I will also testify that Oster Versa blenders are fantastic. I bought the High Performance model when it was just 1100 W, back in 2016, for $80 from amazon, and it came with two blend 'n' go cups. 1100 W has been plenty, and makes fantastic smoothies using frozen fruit or ice, so this model with 1400 W will do even better.

I will say that you may be able to wait for this to go down in price, since the one I got was regular $140 and went down to $80. Even though Walmart is showing it on sale from $249, it looks to be $159 regular price at Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Oster-Performance ... way&sr=8-2

$159 is from 3rd part seller and not prime eligible with $12 shipping on top. Amazon sells for $194.65 atm.
Cheapest it's been is $129.99

So their regular price is still lower than Walmart's regular price by $55. I'd still expect it to sell for cheaper on sale at Amazon, as it looks like it had before. I would put it on my watch list and wait.

I have that blender I bought from Costco for much more than this price. Lots of power, crushes ice, makes peanut butter. Very happy with it

Bought this blender in 2015 this exact model 1400w it used to be marketed as low profile jug. Paid 141$ with tax back in the day with a shop.ca discount. Still works great but only use it once in a while otherwise use a magic bullet for the small jobs as cleanup is easier.

But the blender is good smoothies come out smooth just might need to run a few seconds longer then the $400 dollar blenders.

This blender is a beast for the price point. If you want a blender that can do almost everything the higher end Vitamix/Blendtec can at a fraction of the cost then this is your blender. Bought one for the in-laws a couple years ago and it's great.

+1 for the quality of this product, have had it for the past 4 years, does a great job with everything you throw at it.

The variable speed dial allows you to control coarseness of the grind... which is a great feature coz not everything needs to be blended to a fine paste!

The presets also are very useful...

Just a match because local Walmart stores didn't have stock.

Thanks OP I ordered one from amazon since I had a $50 gift card kicking around. Came to $108.15 shipped.

If it performs at say 80% - 90% of a Vitamix, I'm fine with saving $300+. If all I need to do is blend for an extra 30s or a minute, I'm all good with that.

Build quality and longevity is what I'm concerned with, but since it has a 7 year warranty, I'll risk it. Especially since others in the thread have had good experiences with this model.

I think it's also 3% for ebates as well.

Anyone know if the food processor from the 1100w bundle, fits the 1400w blender?

I've been using this to blend 3-5x daily for the last 3-ish years.

For the price it's very hard to beat, but it does have 2 major flaws: VERY loud (a lot more than Vitamix/Blendtec) and the metal drive system can burn out (replaced twice so far).
