Forget cheap quality crap. Check Kijiji or other places for a used set - you can often get excellent condition stuff for a really good price.

One word ... crap

Buy quality ... buy it once
It’ll last you at minimum a decade, or two
So won’t owe you anything in the long run

Buy cheap ...
But it again sooner
= Waste your money

As someone who has spent numerous hours looking lately I will guarantee that's the exact same quality. You can tell by looking at, the pictures, etc it it's the exact same. Prices are nice though.

Honestly we had a Walmart patio set that lasted us almost 10 years, we did replace the cushions after they were faded, and after about 10 years the ratan started to fall apart. Now we have a set from Canadian tire will see how long it lasts.

When I moved in my house I bought a steel patio set at Walmart. Huge discount, was very happy to put it together. Only 3 weeks later it started to rust. Brought it back for a refund, and bought an aluminium one at another place. Still looks like more than 15 years later. You always get what you pay for

If you don't want to buy used then you could try some of the smaller shops that patio sets. The one I bought was apparently from one of these places.
