[Walmart] Philips wet/dry cordless shaver $39.96 (w/ free shipping)

Cheaper than amazon. Almost as cheap as buying replacement blades.

Worth a shot at $40, the pop up trimmer on my Braun seems to be getting finnicky ... thanks.

Do these work while plugged in? The Panasonic one I have doesn't work when plugged in and charging.

It works plugged in for my older Philips model, I would think it works for this one too.

It was $35 two years ago also at Walmart. Works well but it died on me just after a year and past warranty. Did a yada, yada, yada and new one had a smaller plug and the battery indicator worked better. This should be the updated model but hard to tell.

Anyone who has used Philips electric shavers, what's your experience? I've never used them because of the circular razorhead. But for $40, it's worth a try.
I always used Braun

I have been using shavers with circular razorheads for 20+ years and never had any issue with them.

I was a long time Braun advocate until I tried my father's philips. It doesn't seem to cut as close as my braun does, but it takes 1/4 the time to do the job! So I've swtiched to philips. The one I've been using battery died, and the blades are getting dull so this deal is good timing for me.

I've been using Philips since 2010-ish. Over a decade later and it's still going strong. Note, don't keep it on the charger. Charge when it needs it. I grabbed one of these, as a backup for when mine kicks the bucket.

There is a picture on the link that says "the shaver only operates when not charging"

The advantage of these rotary shavers is that blades can be sharpened easily at home. There are a lot of youtube videos on the internet explaining the process.

I'm not sure about this specific model, but wash them out under a running faucet after each shave, and they seem to last a very long time.
