I don't follow the hackings news anymore... Is this the type of machine that would be fun to hack / use as an emulator? Or is one of the other ones is preferable? (aside from a computer obviously)

Thanks for the tip on checking for eVouchers in your account... I somehow had a $20 off eVoucher? I have no idea why, but for $19.96, I'm happy to pull the trigger.

Meh. Still not worth it. I got it when it came out and tried it, was disappointed. Returned it next day. Apparently you can emulate the PlayStation games games on the nes classic better then this machine. Sony really failed.

It's hackable. And completely worth the $40 when hacked. Just remember you (currently) need a thumbdrive plugged into controller port 2 to run the mods.
