These are great if you don’t use them as an actual sleeping blanket but more for decor.

Wouldn’t wish the polyester wrath even on the in-laws.

Ordered a similarly priced one but with a beautiful print. While I selected one with a great print, uglysh tartan print was sent. General quality is low, defective stitches. One side is comfortable on touch the other is a bit rough

I should read reviews. One say ordered one print but "was sent an animal print comforter. I went back and purchased it again - got a geometric-print comforter."

That's may be specific to ones with print, not ones posted by topic starter. The solid colors have higher rating, though for 18$ you can not expect high quality queen comforter. Also it counts as grocery so you can benefit from 20 from 75 from first delivery or pick up order. Code is CANADA20 or WALMART20. Or use usual 10$ off from 50. I'd say if you need one combine a solid color comforter with a grocery and order with coupon code.

What's wrong with polyester? I picked up a couple for my guest room. But from the sounds of it my guests will detest me for cheaping out on this. On the fence about returning them now.

I've had this since 2016. Same price since then.

Don't buy it. It's crap. The polyester inside starts to bunch up after a couple years leaving many spots inside the comforter that have no insulation. It loses its warmth after a while and even though I live in Vancouver, I found myself being cold in winter mornings.

Spend the extra $$ and get a nicer duvet from Ikea. You can get a nice one for $30-40 there, it's night and day in terms of quality and now I don't wake up at 6am because I'm cold.
